Well, here we are, the end (almost) of August 2009. We had a family Reunion last year and it was great. The quilt, I hear, was finished by Kay and given back to Aunt Emaline who will probably keep it until our next Family ReUnion whereby she will have to pass it down to the next oldest Family Member. I am keeping track of who that would be so if you want to know....ask me. I will tell you right now it is my Dad, E.W. Potts. Then, It will go to Freddy and then.....I will have to look as I am not sure.
I will send out the information one more time about this blog so you all can read it and add to it and keep in touch this way about Family issues.
Far as our family goes, everyone is well..............almost. I heard from Martha this morning and last night a Skunk sprayed one of their dogs and they are having to live with the smell today and they are NOT Happy campers. Hard to get the smell off the dog much less get it out of the house. Welcome to the Country Daughter.
I have been talking with Tammy Lewis (Potts) a distant cousin of ours and we think that for the next Family ReUnion maybe we can get both branches and others to all come together and participate. GREAT Idea huh? Let me know what you think of that and also .............. add to this blog about what your family is doing. My Garden is great although I have lost my peach crop to a "Brown Rot" and will have to apply fungicides next year to keep it from happening. So.....Until later,
